During October, Surrey County Council is encouraging residents to take part in a 28 Day Challenge in a bid to stop smoking. Stoptober starts on 1st October, however participants are able to sign up at any time during the month of October as the service runs throughout the year. By signing up to the challenge, residents will receive daily emails, support, motivation and advice from the county's local stop smoking service, One You Surrey.
Those wanting more information about the 28 Day challenge or wishing to join the programme they can do so via the One You Surrey website: https://oneyousurrey.org.uk/28daychallenge/
